Experience: Brittany began her career at Deloitte, where she earned her CPA and built a strong foundation in financial reporting, audit, and risk management. Her experience spans industries including construction, telecommunications, insurance, and hospitality. Over the past decade, she’s held progressively senior roles in nonprofit and higher education organizations, leading strategic initiatives that align operations with long-term goals, strengthen financial sustainability, and create meaningful community impact. Her career reflects a blend of financial expertise, strategic leadership, and a commitment to building strong teams and driving positive change.

Primary Duties: As Director of Accounting Services, Brittany leads the firm’s accounting division and ensures delivery of high-quality, GAAP-compliant services to a diverse client base. She serves as a technical resource for staff and clients, oversees complex accounts and review processes, and upholds quality standards. She also mentors her team, fosters a growth-oriented culture, manages client relationships, and partners with leadership to support the firm’s long-term strategy.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, Brittany enjoys hiking and outdoor activities and has completed two Honolulu Marathons! She proudly serves as her kids’ “MUber” driver, supporting their many activities and adventures.
