Brittany Hopkins- Director of Accounting Services

Prior to joining The Hawaii Group, Brittany began her career at Deloitte, where she earned her CPA and built a strong foundation in financial reporting, audit, and risk management. Her experience spans industries including construction, telecommunications, insurance, and hospitality, followed by more than a decade in progressively senior roles within nonprofit and higher education organizations. As Director of Accounting Services, Brittany leads the firm’s accounting division, oversees complex accounts and review processes, serves as a technical resource for staff and clients, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, GAAP-compliant services. She also mentors her team, manages key client relationships, and partners with firm leadership to support long-term strategy and sustainable growth.
