Education: Berit is a rising senior at the University of Arizona, where she is pursuing a degree in Communications and Marketing.

Experience: She has experience in team leadership across various roles in retail, sales, finance, and the food & beverage industry.

Primary Duties: At The Hawaii Group, Berit brings a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. She is proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Word, and uses these tools to support the team. She is also an active member of the Eller Professional Sales Club at the University of Arizona and is passionate about building relationships and learning more about business and HR.
